Accept .xlf extension

My Symfony project only accepts .xlf files.

    Typo3 CMS accepts only xlf file too

    The brand new Angular 2 framework has support for XLIFF files and it's internationalisation tool (ng-xi18n) creates files with an .xlf extension as well. At the moment the ng tool only supports XLIFF 1.2
