Add 'tags' field on 'New Term' dialog

Tagging process is too annoying at this time.

Current workflow:

  1. Add Term
  2. Click Save
  3. Go to last page
  4. Select recently added terms
  5. Add tags

Improvements:

  1. Add Term
  2. Input tags
  3. Save
