Show percent of Fuzzy translations in the overview chart as different colour.

Currently dashboard charts per project or per language only give understanding how many translations have been added. If you show that info structured - translated/fuzzy/untranslated, that would also give insight on the quality of translations for specific project/language.

    I would be happy just if the fuzzy would count as unstranslated and not translated.
