It would be nice to have a "ready" state for each language. In many cases, some strings are not translated in other languages making it that the translation never reaches 100%.
In addition, Translation/Content departments will tell developers that the language is ready, and only then the developers can use it. It would be cool if this is included in the API as well since developers might more likely go through the API
