Notifications

It would be great if the admin could be notified when:
- contributor accepted the invitation email
- contributor added some words (an adjustable % of increase vs the last notification could make sense)
- a daily, weekly email stat with activities

    If you check in the Options menu in any language page, you will find 'Notify Contributors' feature. We left this manual and not automatic to prevent spamming translators with every change.
    But we also like the idea to give them a hint on the amount of work that needs to be done - we'll do that.

    It would be nice for admin to be able notify contributors when updates have been posted that require translation. Email would have number of translated, untranslated, fuzzy terms and a link to the project.
