In the English language page, use the Copy Terms to Translations button in the menu on the right. Then choose the values as you did in your screenshot in the Orders page.
Being a cross-platform solution, POEditor hosts many projects where the terms are labels/keys, which are not human language. Because of the high possibility of having users send these labels to translators, we use only the texts in the translation columns for translation orders.
