Allow adding translations to a new term in all languages in "View terms" screen
When a new term is added, only once you've added all translations, you can change them in the "View Terms" screen which allows you to simply change all languages at once for a single term.
When a new key is added, please allow to add translations in all languages, start them with just empty translations.

This feature is ready, you can now add new translations in the View or Add Terms page.
