improve contributors and language management
Now it is difficult to add new language to projects and assign contributors. If I have 10 projects I have to go to each of theme add 3 languages and for each language set contributors :/

Thank you for that update it is useful when you have multiple contributors for a single language. Unfortunately doesn't solve my problem. I have 10 projects with about 8 languages and now I have to add a new language to all of them. The solution that can help me is:
1. move the "Add Contributor" to the top of the page
2. allow select multiple projects in the "projects" drop-down
3. optional: allow to select multiple languages in the "Language" dropdown -

The contributors page doesnt help
1. the "Add contributor" button is at the bottom and after selecting it user is scrolled to the top. When you have long list of contributors and projects it just "stupid"
2. it is rear case when you want to add contributor to ALL projects, in most scenarios you want to select few projects
3. You have to add contributors one by one where project page has this useful button "Suggestions"
