To copy the source to the translation box, you can now use the following keyboard showrtcut: Ctrl+.

There isn't a feature to copy the source for translators, unfortunately. You could ask one of your project admins or the project owner for a file with the translations in the source language.
You can use it to fill in the empty translation boxes in the language you're assigned to, using the Import Translations from File button.
The existing translations will not be touched, as long as you don't check the box to overwrite them.There is no undo button, but if you want to remove all the translations from a language, you can use the Flush All Translations button at the bottom of the options menu. Also, if the Automatic Translations are less than an hour old, you can recover the previous translations from History: https://poeditor.com/kb/using-the-poeditor-versioning-system
