Why cant i search among my existing contributors when adding new?
Now i need to go and find every single contributor email while you already have it in the system. Please make the life of your users easier

You can. When adding a contributor, just click on the first dropdown menu and choose Existing, like in the screenshot: https://poeditor.com/public/f/Add_existing_contributor.png
The screenshot is from the project page, but this option is also available in the language page.
