Keep language order consistent
As a copy editor
When I searching for terms in a project
And I expand the terms to see the translations
I expect the language sort order to be consistent.
Right now, it changes. This is confusing and a bit of a UX problem for languages that share the same icon (e.g.: Canadian English and French).

Languages are now ordered alphabetically in the View or Add Terms page.
