Not clear what an admin is
Hey there,
I do not understand what is my role and why when I add an admin, himself can't add other admin.
Could you tell me which is my role (I assume "super admin") and if so, could you set thibault.coudray@partoo.fr with the same access rights ?

The roles a user can have in a POEditor project are described here: https://poeditor.com/kb/localization-project-roles. In relation to the projects hosted on your account, you are the project owner.
You can share your projects with other users by adding them as admins, but admins have some limitations:
