    Hello,
If you add the terms the same way you added them before, you shouldn't have duplicates.
Please notice that .strings files don't have/support context. So we do not expect users playing with .strings to make use of that value for obvious reasons.
Basically, the "issue" is that we don't support any Context to .strings because this file doesn't support this attribute.
Please do not make use of Context if the file you are working with does not support it.

If a term doesn't need localization, you could remove it from the language file. Or replace it with a variable that you keep constant across all languages.

We ran some tests and everything looks fine.
Can you give us some more details? A browser version would also be useful.

In many cases the developers are the ones making the screenshots and they don't have access to the localization platform.
So making a screenshot and putting a link to it in the comment makes sense.
This idea is a good one, but it doesn't have that much support that would trigger a change like POEditor starting to store user's files on our servers. We prefer not to for obvious reasons.

There is no possibility to pass multiple comments to a language file (if it supports comments at all), so where we are able to import or export a term with a comment attached, we do this with the 1st comment.

We already have a system that parses the comments and looks for links to images. If it finds such links, it gives a preview inside the comment (with the possibility to see the larger image).
So what we recommend (and what seems acceptable for our users) is to add a link to your screenshots in the term's comment section. We always import and export the first comment of a term, so you'll be able to pass this kind of information.

    Hi Martin,
There are some languages that are linked without "Also get a .mo file with the same filename on export." being set (at the time of the linking).
We made a few checks and things look fine at our end.
Can you please link again the languages that don't generate the .mo file?

    Hi,

If you're referring to the actual changed translations, you can order them by Updated DESC and if you hover them you'll see who edited them last. Viewing last changes made in the reference language is not possible at the time.

If you would like to have the same strings in both iOS and Android, you would want to use something like %1$d and %2$s for variables.

Custom plural formulas is something we've never implemented, because of the problems that might have come with it (and also, the user level of knowledge it would have implied).
Now, every language we support has its own plural formula, checked/tested/standard. You will find the plural forms you are looking for according to the language you are translating in.
If you really need some special plural forms, you can use a language that fits this exact case (we never met such cases to think seriously about a "feature" like this).

For a term with no plural forms set:
Project --> View or Add Terms -- hover the mouse over the term--> press P --> insert the plural form

That term will have the corresponding plural forms displayed in every new language, so the collaborators can translate each form in their language.

    Tobias,
Our main target and challenge is to keep the interface simple and easy to use.
We have placed most of the "fine tuning" in the Project Settings.
Hopefully, users looking for particular features will discover them when they're necessary, while everyone else enjoys the simplicity of the interface.

    Hi Hans,

We devised the pricing model so it's fair and based on the resources you use. A project with 500 terms and 2 languages use less resources than one with 500 terms and 10 languages.

That's why we count the amount of terms + the amount of translated definitions. We'll think of a way to make this easier to understand.

We don't have a section where we organize everything by language, across projects. So it would be hard to find a place for such a report at the moment.
If you use API, it would be really easy to ask for the completion status of every project-language pair and display it in your own preferred way.

    Francisco,
You can easily do this using our tagging system (see the Advanced Options at import or the View Terms section).
Just tag your terms accordingly and filter them by tags when you export your language file.
