    You can easily do this using our tagging system (see the Advanced Options at import or the View Terms section).
    Just tag your terms accordingly and filter them by tags when you export your language file.

    Can you give us a practical example?
    Now POEditor searches not only in each term and definition, but also in the corresponding definition from the default language, if it's set.

    You can use the API to export / import data from your DB through a format POEditor supports.

    Hi Stephen,
    You should know that you have full control over the prices you pay every month, and that is why POEditor doesn't delete any data from your projects when you downgrade (even to free). Everything stays in its place, you can come back at any time, pick the right plan for you and start translating using your existing translations and contributors. The only thing you have to do is to access your account at least once every six months, for it to remain active.

    We use the first comment of every term for this: we add comments we find in the imported files to this record and take the first comment content to files upon export.
    Of course, this is in effect starting the comment system change (newly imported files/comments).

    At the moment we add major features to POEditor.com
    When things will start to settle, we might take care of this aspect also.

    If you check in the Options menu in any language page, you will find 'Notify Contributors' feature. We left this manual and not automatic to prevent spamming translators with every change.
    But we also like the idea to give them a hint on the amount of work that needs to be done - we'll do that.
