TRANSLATION MEMORY
Ability to have a translation memory that is specific to a language and can be applied across multiple projects. New terms which get translated are added to the TM automatically. Ability to import and export the TM as a TMX file. While using poeditor to translate new terms suggestions would be provided based on prior entries in translation memory. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Translation_memory

Updating existing terms
I'm not sure on how to do this in POEditor, but my setup requires me to update changed definitions into POEditor based on a file.
I auto-generate a PO file based on the definitions in our code then use POEditor for translation of these terms. However, using the "import terms" feature, changed terms are "parsed" but not updated in the term list.
Is this intended behavior or a bug?

You can do that also from ‘Import terms’ if you select ‘Import terms and definitions in…’ and the language you want to update (with ‘overwrite old definitions’ selected). -
Mail blocked by SPF record
When sending out email, for instance on adding a contributor, the email address of the invitor is used. When that domain has SPF records for verifying the outgoing mailservers this mail is blocked because the sending server is "ubu.datasolutions.ro" while the address is not.
This causes emails to be rejected and makes it impossible to use. Please send out emails as originating from datasolutions.ro!

Export project
In particular, I'm missing the feature to generate a .pot-file from my catalog.
"Export project" project would involve generating a .pot-file, along with the .po and .mo-files for every corresponding language.
This would be particularly useful for us WordPress developers. Not being able to export .pot-files renders the whole editor useless for WordPress-dedicated use...
Keep up the good work. You should also add a Donation-button; you deserve it :)

White Space in .po Export where it should be blank
Whenever one exports a .po file from a project, it creates a file with the entries from the project exported like it should, expect for the blank line between entries. It should be blank, but I've found that it contains a space character on it, which give some of our automated scripts errors.
For example, an entry in a .po file exported by POEditor looks like this:

msgid "Foo"\n
msgstr "Bar"\n
\nThere's a white space in the last line which generates errors in automated tools like po2json (needed, as your JSON export doesn't fit our needs) and…

Allow multiple admins for a project
It would be nice if you could assign another person as a co-admin of a project rather than only being able to add contributors to a specific language.

To benefit of this treat, Go to Home > Projects > ProjectName > Options > Settings to find the nice +Add administrator button.

Filename Export
It would be useful to be able to
1- export together the PO and MO file without the need of doing it separate
2- to be able to select the name of the exported file25 votesPOEditor exports both PO and MO files in Wordpress plugin or in the GitHub integration.
Now you are also able to set a filename when you export your files (check Advanced Options). -
White Spaces in "Normal" mode
The special character for white space should be visible in Normal mode as well to be able to check IF there is one in the original and IF it was added in the translation.
Also it should be visible in INTERACTIVE MODE for completed translations for the same reason.

mo file not containing all the translations
For some reason the mo file is not complete: some translation are missing despite the po file is complete.
I double checked recreating the MO file with PO file downloaded from poedit.com and POEdit.1 voteThere was a issue with some special chars.

White Spaces
In case a string is ending with white spaces it's not easy to see them. Could they be highlighted with a special color (maybe yellow highlight?)
1 voteWhile translating, if the original string has spaces at the beginning or at the end, they will be marked with ‘␣’.

Length of the translation
As the translation length is useful to see if it fits in a window, it would be useful or to have the translation UNDER the original word/sentence or to have a marker in the translation field which indicates the original length.

Moving the cursor above the terms will give you the length of the string. While inserting definitions, you will observe that the text will change color after the string passes the original length.

Flush all definitions should not be available to contributors as they might delete (also by mistake) the whole language

Ar fi util ca in Excel sa poti avea si informatia despre context. Ati putea bate in chuie formatul fisierului:

Ideea e ca din foarte multe aplicatii poti aduce textele in Excel.
1 voteNow we look for context and reference in excel files (and also export them). On import, columns are read in the following order: terms, definitions, context, reference.
