Screenshot Attachments
Dear POEditor Team,
we are very happy with the current POEditor solution. But there is one Feature we are missing: Screenshot Attachments. It would be much easier to handle all our IDs if we could add a screenshot in addition to a comment. With screenshots the context would be much easier to understand.

Filter by context dropdown
At the moment the only way to filter by context is through search. This only works to a limited extent. It will also pick up strings from other contexts if the search term appears in them. Please improve this. I really wish I could select the context from a dropdown.

Support nested JSON
I am using nested JSON for localization in a couple apps and would be nice if you could support it.
here is a sample that you can use to test: http://pastebin.com/fbpjSmQi

Please add an Export button to the language row
Right now, when on a project's page, each language's row has three buttons (add, edit, delete). Please add an export button so that we can quickly export a language from that page w/o having to to into the language just to hit the button in there.

Create badges similar to Continuous Build systems
Create badges we can post on wikis, build pages, markdowns, github, etc. They would show basic stats for the project (translation %s, etc) and link back to POEditor.

Sort project languages by update date
Please add a feature to sort the languages in a project by those that were updated the most recently, so we can quickly see what has changed and if we need to re-download?

Versioning
It would be nice if there would be list of all changes like revision history in google docs. With this would be great to have a possibility to create a tag (like svn) - the tag would identify the state, where all of the documents belong to so we can see the state of whole localization at that time.

Language last update timestamp in API
It would be useful to check the last update time/date for a given language using the API. This feature would allow us to decide whether or not import the current language depending on its timestamp matches with the last import.

feature: support string-array resources (android only?)
when uploading android-style string resources, string arrays are ignored.
not sure if there is an equivalent in the other supported file formats, but it sure would be useful if this was supported...36 votes -
Notifications
It would be great if the admin could be notified when:
- contributor accepted the invitation email
- contributor added some words (an adjustable % of increase vs the last notification could make sense)
- a daily, weekly email stat with activities84 votes -
default reference language lockdown / block
My team wrote the website in English initially, which is our default reference language.
Very simple:
We don't want people to be able to change English. We want control over the English to make sure it's correct. The existing options aren't feasible:
A) Control contributors (and deny anyone requesting access to English)
B) Remove languages that are "completed"A simpler option I'm asking for would be:
Create an option so project admins can check a box:
Allow default reference language to be modified by non-admins?
