pluralization format.js support
we use format.js for the translations that has a different pluralization rule. (https://formatjs.io/docs/core-concepts/icu-syntax#plural-format)
Maybe you can also support this rule. (At least the "=value" and "other" rule)

Display language code on flag hover
When we hover with the mouse on the language flag, it display the language name in English. It could save us a lot of time by also displaying the language code:
English (en)
Swedish (sv)
...Two language code (+ three optional?)
1 voteCan you please share more details about your usecase? It would also be helpful if you specified the page where you want to see this.

Provide flags for each language in API or as a library
In our product's language selector UI, we show a flag for each language. It would be better if we can get these flags from POEditor so that we don't have to find the right flag every time we add a new language.

See translations from "terms" view of a project
I am checking the new design and it looks great, but as a translator, I find the former design more useful and time-saving when updating and editing translations from the "terms" view. Now, an individual panel per string appears on the right, so I need to open and close more tabs if I want to edit several translations from the string list.
I really hope you consider this feedback. Thanks for your collaboration.
Regards,

Feedback new UX/UI
- Please do not hide the search behind a click, it is far too important.
- In the terms view, please do not hide the translations of a term in a modal, it is very important to open multiple key translations at once and compare them.

Contributors list should have more filterable columns
Role, language, etc shouldn't be buried behind accordions

The number of contributors on the main page should be tappable
Would be easier to see the list and add/remove people if I could just tap on the "N Contributors"

Best thing is in Terms I don't have to scroll to the bottom to create a term

switch to translations of the same element
when i change the text element in one language, how can i switch the other language versions of the same element? this is somehow missing in my opinion
1 voteThere are multiple ways to keep track of the strings changed in the Default Reference Language, described here: https://poeditor.com/kb/how-to-keep-track-of-strings-changed-in-the-default-reference-language
If you wish to edit a string for all the languages in a single page, you can do that in the Terms page: https://poeditor.com/kb/how-to-edit-a-string-in-all-languages

QA checks: return in the list when translation is identical to reference language
In some cases, you might have copied part of your main language translation files )let's say English) into the other languages (French).
With POEditor, you don't have possibility to check this behavior of same "string" used in both languages, as it will appear as translated.
QA chacks could return an "error", in order to ease the work of the person that needs to translate by pointing out directly those situations.6 votes -
poeditor/projects/view_terms
There is a search in the terms page that for filtering
the search position is on the right part and there is enough space on the left as well. This row is only contains the search input. So, if you are typing a long text, we need to do horizontal overflow all the time.
Solution 1: The Search input can be full width initially.
Solution 2: The Search input can be full width on focus.
Solution 3: you can create your own solution ;)1 vote -
Sync dry-run
Sync API does changes on translations, but image that there would be an option to just get a list of items that would change, without changing. This could be easily used to build comparison tool agains local strings and content in POEditor.
