  3. Terms tend to be repeated by developers, and were translated by different people in different countries with different preferences, so if you allow alphabetic sort of terms (both original and translated), then translation quality will be improved after a simple revision

  4. I am using this interface for the first time. I'm left wondering what certain things mean. For instance "fuzzy". I don't see a tooltip that explains what this means. I also can't easily find a terms reference page.

  6. Right now I always go back and look for a string and count how many translations were added. When it's at 11 (because we only support 11 languages at the moment) I know I can use it. It would be nice if I could get a notification when all 11 languages have been filled in.

    That could easily get out of hand.

  9. When you flag items as "Proofread" the count in the dropdown box at the top is not updated unless you leave the page and come back or refresh the page.

    (I think that's the case with other flag fields too)

  10. We have translations to languages that are not present in interface, for instance Bangla (Bangladesh) and currently I don't see option like "Other" so we can have some languages you are not supporting out of the box.

  13. It would be necessary to add to the api the possibility of retrieving all the comments, delete them and create them, see the modify

    For adding comment
    https://api.poeditor.com/v2/terms/add_comment

    It's impossible to modify comment
    https://api.poeditor.com/v2/terms/update

    I can get just the first comment ?

  14. We use the reference quite a lot. At the moment it is only visible in the tooltip - however it would save us quite a lot time if it was visible all the time...

  17. Currently I have an automatic build with steps to pull language from POEditor then build Android APK in Bitirse CI. The build has successfully run well previously until on 30 May it starts to failing. The script is simple curl to export languages, but it keeps getting Timeout. I try to run the script locally and it successfully export the languages. I have contact the bitrise team and they say they are not changing anything from their side.
    Also, the Bitrise use virtual machine which hosted in Google Compute Engine.

  18. I do not know what is the APIv2 export order : is it the terms alphabetical order ? or creation date /time ? or ... not sorted ?

    I am using the po file format for export

    Sorting is useful to make sense of the file diffs at commit time

  19. I'm building an i18n project in Angular 4 and my extracted .xliff files contain useful information for description and meaning. It would be nice to change my view to isolate strings by meaning.

    I've been trying to find a good translation management suite for our client and this seems like a great fit.

  20. Hi,

    it would be nice if you had some options to configure the structure of your json files.
    i am using the library: https://www.npmjs.com/package/i18n
    htere the json struncture is the following:

    singulares string is saved as
    {
    "term" : "translation"
    }
    and plurals as
    {
    "term": {
    "one": "translation",
    "few": "translation",
    "many": "translation",
    "other": "translation",
    }
    }
