  1. Add support for translation in PHP Format

    Platforms such as HumHub or Yii framework apps use the PHP format to translate content but POEditor doesn't support this yet, so I'd like to request that this feature be added as soon as possible. :)

  2. API Endpoint for retrieving a single translation

    It would be nice if there was an endpoint available to retrieve a translation for a single term in a specific language. Perhaps an extra agrument in the TERMS->LIST endpoint that would look like

  3. some general option to forbid translators to see Not Fuzzy Translations

    we want to add terms, then want to do soem stuff about it internally. and only when marked fuzzy we want transaltors to review it.
    Currently traslators can see all texts. Woul dbe great if there is an option to allow them to see only fuzzy.

  4. Trim whitespace from translations

    I have some translations we are working on, but some saved translations have new line characters (\n) at the end, leaving me with a po file like:

    msgid "Complete final exam"
    msgstr "完成期末考試\n"
    ""

    Maybe your editor could automatically trim whitespace from the beginnings and ends? Maybe a setting, incase some people like it?

  7. Translation orders: Persistent comments

    If a discussion arises between a translator an us (the customer). Could you please save those comments on the string? So the next translator (perhaps working on a different language) can see whats been discussed.

  9. Correctly handle placeholders during auto-translate

    When performing auto-translation (to French) the % symbol is incorrectly placed.

    Example:
    "This %{text}" --> "This% {text} in French"

    Also, do not auto-translate text inside of the placeholder, as they are clearly variable names.

  10. BUG: Is not possible to edit whitespace key

    I accidentally edited a key to a "no character" key and I can't find the key anymore to erase.
    1: The software should not allow empty keys :(
    2: It should be possible to find the key again in the terms page

  11. Problem with strings with context

    If I try to import POT file into POEditor that has the same string appearing twice, the import fails. But, these same strings have different contexts, so technically they are not the same string, and POEditor should check if the string and the context are duplicated, not just the string. When the same POT file is imported into WordPress GlotPress plugin, it works as expected, POEditor fails.

  12. Add new language

    Wha can I create New language name?
    not Azerbatzan, but "App ver 2"

    e.g. we have app in english.
    but if we want to make white labelled app with some small changes in translations.
    (e.g. Start Parking --- Start Wash)

    Currently i must choose random language and then remember what it means.

  15. Support add comment action when new term

    Hi, we are use english as term in our project.
    But our product manager new term with Chinese, so she have to add terms with Chinese, and then English contributor have to modify the term into english.
    So Could you have any idea, to optimize the work flow.

  16. Unique subject for notification emails

    All the email notifications for comments on POEditor have the same subject as "New comment received on POEditor.com" which mess up my inbox especially when having a lot of comments in the short period.

    I hope the notifications have unique subject including term or key for example.

  17. Change that menu with the icons on the right

    Every time I use POEditor I find myself going through the list of icons on the right side, it's very annoying... please put text alongside the icons to make the menu more scannable.

    The quotes " in the text are exported to the RESX as ". The VisualStudio 2017 reads the resx file fine, but it replaces all " to ". It would be better to export the text as the VisualStudio does.
    Consider the following scenario:
    - Export resx from poeditor to Git repository.
    - Do a small change in the resx by VisualStudio and save the file.
    - resx has many changes compared to the version in Git caused by " converted to ".

  19. Upload one file with all translations

    Instead of uploading 1 file with keys and values for each language, allow uploading a file with the first column = key names, second translations in one language, third = translations in second language, etc.
    The language will differ by the first cell of the column.

  20. How to add language variants like formal and informal?

    this feature is necessary for some languages like German, French, Russian. It is not possible to add this, is it? MediaWiki has this feature too. It would be a loss of communication to have not this feature, right? I beg you please integrate this feature
